About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Stanbridge House in Banbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our residents to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with personal care activities and light domestic tasks, promoting their dignity and respect at all times. You will also have the opportunity to engage in recreational and social activities with residents, fostering a sense of community and companionship.

Our residents value their independence and autonomy, and we strive to support them in achieving their goals and aspirations. As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring that each resident receives the best possible service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing support with light domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Engaging in recreational and social activities with residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the care team
