Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business alongside your team, leading from the front to drive growth and achieve targets
  • Implement branch sales plans to deliver required results, conducting regular sales and operations meetings
  • Add to your headcount to build the best possible team, aligning your branch to the TeacherActive culture
  • Conduct regular 121s and team briefs, providing information about sales goals, campaigns, and other relevant details
  • Recognise employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment
  • Motivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes through activity, balancing wellbeing
  • Ensure all staff receive the best possible development, acting on feedback from the Learning & Development team
  • Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching
  • Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and act on feedback
  • Ensure adherence to TeacherActive compliance standards and policies
  • Assess local and regional market conditions, identifying opportunities
  • Draft forecasts, business plans, and manage budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives
  • Co-ordinate with other branches to share knowledge and plan promotional activities to achieve goals
