Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets by maximizing turnover and identifying opportunities for improvement. They will also be expected to manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Maximize sales turnover to exceed required targets.
  2. Manage and motivate the performance of the team.
  3. Drive sales through strong presence on the shop floor.
  4. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  5. Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge to deliver key business objectives.
  6. Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with company directives.
  7. Maintain awareness of current and market trends, understand forthcoming promotions and monitor local competitors.
  8. Ensure all paperwork, policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
  9. Drive and deliver key performance indicators.
  10. Carry out additional duties as required within defined levels of responsibility and accountability.

Requirements:
  1. A strong client base with a solid database of personal contacts and clients.
  2. Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred.
  3. Exceptional people management skills with strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  4. Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
  6. A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
  7. Awareness of the local area.
