Primary Class Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Class Teacher to join our team at a fantastic mainstream Church of England Junior School with a SEND Resource Base. The successful candidate will be working with pupils aged 7-11 and will be part of a multi-academy trust that supports Specialist provisions in and around Wiltshire.
Job Summary:This is a part-time position, working 19.5 hours per week, with flexibility on which days. The contract will be fixed-term, commencing in September 2024, but there may be an opportunity to continue with the school.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver sessions for students in Key Stage 2
- Set and evaluate individual termly targets and maintain records of achievement
- Provide reports and assessments for students in accordance with school policy
- Ensure effective communication with parents/carers about student welfare, progress, and participation
- Safeguarding of all pupils, operating with the Education Provisions safeguarding practice & policy
