We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/Visual Designer to join our UX Team at AJ Bell Business Solutions Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will play a prominent role in shaping the visual look and feel of our award-winning platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design leadership: Provide senior-level design expertise and take UX responsibility for the visual look and feel of our App.
  • Creativity: Demonstrate expertise in creating seamless user experiences specifically for Apps.
  • Design Systems: Create and maintain components in a Figma library, bringing creative ideas to help iteration, and contribute to the development of our new design guidelines and component libraries.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams, building and nurturing team collaboration.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas, rationales, and strategies clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
  • Advocacy: Be an advocate for UX in the wider business, looking for opportunities to showcase UX via blog posts, talks, and proactive workshops.
  • Contribution: Contribute to weekly UX Critique sessions.
