Job Summary

Taylor Root is seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team as an Associate in the Employment Law department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on contracts of employment and related policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with Employment Tribunal cases, both in bringing and defending claims, and providing expert guidance to clients.
  • Supporting High Court litigation concerning restrictive covenants, and working closely with clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in employment law, with experience in advising clients on employment-related matters. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
