Your Responsibilities- Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicle systems, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications.
- Perform both minor and major mechanical repairs, as well as complex electrical and engine work.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair requirements.
- Conduct thorough road tests to verify the effectiveness of completed repairs.
- Employ advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint and resolve technical faults specific to the franchise brand.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear explanations and addressing concerns professionally.
- Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
