**Core Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 hours

**Contract Type:** Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPG Installation Engineer to join our Projects Team at Pertemps Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, exchanging, and uplifting LPG vessels, conducting periodic testing, and attending emergency call-outs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, exchange, and uplift LPG vessels to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Conduct periodic testing of LPG vessels to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Perform annual visual inspections of LPG vessels to identify potential issues
  • Respond to emergency call-outs to resolve critical issues promptly
  • Load and unload LPG vessels to facilitate smooth operations
  • Complete service works on LPG installations to maintain optimal performance
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliver high-quality results
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
  • Gas Safe registered to ACS level in Domestic Core LPG Safety PO and HR level, Vess 1 and Electro Fusion Jointing and Vess 2 and Gas or LPG Metres; or
  • Gas Safe Registered and hold CCLP1EPC (LPG External Pipework) and TPCP1 (Non-Domestic Testing and Purging) categories
  • Detailed knowledge of Liquid Gas UK Codes of Practice and DSEAR
  • Confidence in making decisions in technical scenarios
  • Strong understanding of process and instrumentation diagrams and schematics
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
  • A 'safety first' approach to all daily responsibilities
  • A full clean driving license
