Learning Support Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support to children with special learning needs. The successful candidate will work across key stages 2 and 3, with opportunities to run small intervention groups. Excellent communication skills and a warm, caring personality are essential. Experience with EAL (English Additional Language) is beneficial.
The role is 31.25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:15pm, including 30 minutes of lunchtime duty. The position is term-time only, plus 5 INSET days.
