Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Blue Sky Dental & Implant Clinic in Belfast. As a Lead Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring they have the tools to deliver the best levels of patient care in a safe and compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the dental team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing.
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Previous experience in a similar lead nurse role.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues.
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care.
