Mechanical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at FYA Technical Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical projects and managing multiple trades under a mechanical contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical programmes and lead multiple trades under a mechanical contract.
  • Order materials, attend daily and weekly meetings to ensure excellent operational management of the programme, problem-solving, reading drawings, and reviewing blueprints.
  • Liaise with contractor management and assign and delegate work as required.
  • Take a leadership role in toolbox talks, health and safety, and working with online work programmes for site programmes.

Requirements:

  • Site-based experience as a supervisor, foreman, or pipefitter.
  • Building Services experience.
