Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Live-in Carer to join our team. As a Live-in Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a high level of empathy, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in live-in care.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months' experience in a care setting, preferably in live-in care.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel to client placements, with UK travel expenses covered.
  • Enhanced DBS and PVG check for working with adults.
