As a Telesales Executive at Finance Advice Centre, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, driving the success of our Finance Advice Centre. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and qualifying inbound leads, conducting proactive outreach through calls and messages, and strategically scheduling appointments. You'll focus on generating high-quality appointments, fostering strong relationships that convert enquiries into confirmed meetings. Effective communication is key, ensuring all parties are precisely informed, thus maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through calls and messages to schedule appointments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed meetings.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to ensure all parties are informed and satisfied.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-driven role.
  • Experience in a professional, fast-paced office environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a robust work ethic.
Benefits:
  • A competitive base salary of £24,000 with OTE ranging from £35,650 to £58,950.
