A well-established, highly regarded estate agency is seeking to recruit a skilled Sales Negotiator.

The successful candidate will possess a vibrant and engaging personality, demonstrating full dedication and a strong work ethic. Proficiency in IT is crucial, along with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to advance their career in sales negotiation with a leading estate agency.

Prior experience is mandatory.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating viewings and maintaining communication with clients and potential buyers in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner.
  • Following up on viewings and creating leads to assist the office in achieving its targets.
  • Managing your own diary effectively, demonstrating a strong work ethic, being self-motivated, and well-organized.

Required Skills:

  • Scheduling valuations and securing business.
  • Conducting all pre and post-appointment follow-ups, including confirmation calls and feedback.
  • Carrying out viewings in accordance with office policies and procedures.
  • Registering applicants across various platforms.
  • Sending Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
  • Ordering EPCs and ensuring compliance.
  • Proactively contacting database leads to generate business.
  • Creating marketing materials and launching properties to the market.
  • Updating window displays and branch marketing materials.
  • Possessing previous sales experience and a natural aptitude for selling.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibiting a natural talent for customer interaction and consistently providing excellent service.
  • Demonstrating strong negotiation skills and effective communication.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM and a lieu day accrued for Saturdays worked.
