Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, training and developing team members, and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding service
  • Coordinate employee schedules and ensure that our standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines are consistently followed
  • Focus on reducing operational costs and delivering outstanding guest service to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a 5* environment or graduated from a reputable hospitality school
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Social and positive personality
