The Recruitment Experts is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with a strong presence in the area. We have built an impressive business over many years and are now looking for a dedicated part-time, permanent mobile cleaner to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Weekend Mobile Serviced Apartment Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness within our short-term stay department. You will be responsible for cleaning a variety of serviced apartments and communal areas, ensuring that each property is presented to the highest standard for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the cleaning of approximately five short-term stay apartments (Airbnb) per day, as well as communal areas.
- Collect and deliver linen to and from dry cleaners on a daily basis.
- Conduct end-of-tenancy cleaning for residential apartments or houses vacated by tenants.
- Manage your own stock of cleaning materials effectively.
- Prioritize and organize cleaning tasks efficiently between guest checkouts and check-ins.
- Ensure that all communal areas and customer expectations are met with high-quality cleaning work.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in mobile cleaning for residential apartments and houses.
- Previous experience in mobile cleaning for short-term stay apartments is highly desirable.
- A problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Working Hours:
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm
