About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Analyst to join our team at Michael Page Property & Construction. As an Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for sourcing and appraising new deal opportunities nationwide, building strong relationships with house builders, developers, and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Appraise and source new deal opportunities to support the growth of our client's affordable housing portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including house builders, developers, and agents.
- Support the Head of Affordable Acquisitions/Senior Associates from site identification to legal exchange, preparing bid packs for the Investment Committee and contributing to the team's growth plans.
Requirements
- Competent on Microsoft Word & Excel, with experience in preparing and presenting bid packs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to appraise and evaluate new deal opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
