Job Summary:
Blackfield Associates is seeking an experienced IT/OT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the integration and improvement of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT/OT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, OT, and business teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
- Manage the implementation of network, server, and automation systems to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including GxP, and support validation processes as needed.
- Identify project risks and implement effective governance to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing IT/OT infrastructure projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong knowledge of GxP and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical context.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
