About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Education Support Professional to join our team at an Infant School in Hounslow. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Class Teacher in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children aged 3-7 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a learning environment that encourages children to excel and reach their full potential.
  • Assist the Class Teacher in planning and implementing engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of the children.
  • Implement school policies and practices in line with the school's ethos, ensuring a consistent and supportive approach to education.
  • Supervise and lead small groups of children, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with children who require additional learning support, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a creative and inclusive curriculum that values learning and promotes social-emotional development.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or Education from a reputable UK University.
  • Have prior experience working with EYFS children, preferably in an Infant School setting.
  • Exhibit a confident and bubbly personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Be an aspiring EYFS/Primary Teacher, eager to gain valuable experience and build a strong foundation for a future teaching career.
