With a strong customer-centric approach, the organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Linux and Storage Solutions Architect to serve as a product authority. In this role, you will engage in daily technical operations and escalations, providing on-site support. Your responsibilities will include consulting on pre-sales and technical sales initiatives, as well as resolving escalated technical support challenges while interfacing with both customers and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hybrid role involving customer interactions.

  1. Responsible for managing daily technical operations and escalations, including direct involvement in resolving technical support issues through collaboration with customer and development teams.
  2. Conduct customer installations, upgrades, and expansions.
  3. Facilitate regular monthly and quarterly customer review meetings.
  4. Develop expertise in the product offerings.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to both the customer’s technical team and the internal account management team.
  6. Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure customers fully adopt the products.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing, post-sales roles involving complex storage solutions.
  2. Extensive knowledge and experience in Linux system administration and the Linux operating system.
  3. Solid understanding of networking principles, with practical experience in network configurations on Linux and troubleshooting.
  4. Proficiency in scripting and programming, particularly in bash scripting, along with familiarity in other programming languages.
  5. Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices.
  6. Significant experience in file systems and scale-out NAS implementations, particularly NFS.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
