We are seeking a reliable and flexible General Assistant to join our team at Lledr Hall Outdoor Education Centre. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Centre, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake general cleaning and kitchen duties, including cleaning all areas of the Centre to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Assist with laundry duties, including transportation of linen and operation of washing machine and dryers.
- Perform other duties as required, including tidying rooms, making beds, changing linen, vacuuming, polishing, and cleaning windows.
- Assist with dining room activities, including preparation of food, washing up, and preparing and cleaning dining areas.
- Occasionally carry out unpleasant cleaning tasks, such as cleaning up soiled linen or vomit.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to work in different areas of the Centre.
- Ability to show initiative and take on new challenges.
- Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities.
