Senior Buyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our Sourcing and Procurement team at The UK Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality Manufacturing Materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage assigned sourcing projects, including new product introductions (NPI).
  • Collaborate with Supplier Quality to identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
  • Compile technical quotations for new customer projects, requiring a strong understanding of technical drawings.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers to review delivery, quality, and cost performance.
  • Act on key performance indicator (KPI) data with the Supplier Relationship Manager to implement supplier improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years+ buying experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably.
