Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Supply Room is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to become part of a vibrant early years environment in Lee, South-East London. This full-time, permanent role provides a wonderful opportunity to engage with young learners in a caring and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and educational experiences to children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Design and execute stimulating activities tailored to the developmental requirements of each child.
  • Track and document children's progress, ensuring their growth is on target.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and families to address each child's unique needs.
  • Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the utmost safety and welfare of the children at all times.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or currently pursuing this qualification while holding an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or an equivalent credential.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting children in an early years context.
  • Strong comprehension of the EYFS framework and a dedication to delivering exceptional childcare.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
