About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Exclusive Networks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving reseller activities and managing the Mimecast pipeline to support and enable our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help create end-user opportunities for Mimecast
  • Work to achieve individual targets and KPIs
  • Develop relationships with Mimecast and Exclusive Networks teams
  • Provide training and enablement to the Exclusive Networks team
  • Manage key accounts and work closely with internal and external sales teams
  • Proactively work with Exclusive Networks and Vendor marketing teams to recruit, enable, and drive new resellers
  • Manage vendor pipeline and ensure internal systems are up-to-date
  • Produce monthly sales forecast reports and statistics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the IT channel, preferably in Cyber Security
  • Experience working in external sales and managing relationships with vendors and resellers
  • Drive and enthusiasm to develop sales and grow the business unit
  • Proven ability to form, build, and farm relationships, network effectively, and intelligently
  • Experience working to KPIs that map to business goals
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution
