Job Description

The Forklift Driver/Order Picker is a key member of our production team, responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift truck to transport goods around the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to production lines.
  • Use handheld scanners to accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Load product onto vehicles for despatch to customers.
  • Store goods safely and correctly in designated areas.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
