In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the General Manager of a dynamic manufacturing facility.
This opportunity is ideal for a Supply Chain expert with experience in roles such as S&OP Manager, Sales Planner, or Demand/Forecasting Planner, particularly within the UK Food or FMCG manufacturing sectors.

Due to the ongoing expansion and progress of a thriving manufacturing enterprise, this newly established high-visibility role provides you with the chance to leverage your expertise and develop within a global organization.
On a daily basis, you will oversee the sales and operations planning processes on-site, collaborating closely with production, sales, and supply chain teams. You will evaluate demand forecasting, scheduling, productivity, service levels, and align pertinent processes. You will lead the on-site demand, supply, and pre S&OP meetings, facilitating all necessary improvement initiatives within the organization.
To qualify for this position, you should possess:
- A comprehensive understanding of all facets of supply chain management within a Food or FMCG manufacturing context
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- An analytical and data-driven mindset for problem-solving, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional presentation abilities, capable of delivering a clear business overview along with your recommendations for enhancements
