Job Description

Proman is seeking a skilled Fire Stopper to join their Fire Stopping project in the Cirencester area. The ideal candidate must be able to carry out fire stopping installations and remedial works, and be familiar with installing batt and mastic details. Additionally, they should be able to perform basic drylining tasks, including cutting out and replacing patchers in plasterboard ceilings to access service voids for various purposes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install fire stopping materials and systems to prevent the spread of fire
  • Perform remedial works to ensure fire stopping systems are functioning correctly
  • Assist in the installation of batt and mastic details
  • Conduct basic drylining tasks to access service voids


Requirements:

  • Experience in fire stopping installations and remedial works
  • Familiarity with installing batt and mastic details
  • Ability to perform basic drylining tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
