**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects across the UK, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and submit reports to the commercial department for pricing and project planning.
  • Prepare and implement Site Works Plans and Project Management Plans, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver toolbox talk training sessions and method statement briefings to site staff, ensuring they are aware of site-specific risks and procedures.
  • Manage sub-contractors and site visitors, ensuring their safety and well-being during works.
  • Coordinate and manage site resources, including equipment and materials, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Collaborate with the commercial department to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in roofing or building envelope projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site staff, sub-contractors, and clients.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction management tools.
  • Full clean driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
