Your Role: Bridging Development and Customer Needs

As the Software Development Service Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our ongoing projects and fostering strong relationships between student developers and their clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Project Management & Coordination: You'll guide the development process, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
  • Business Development & Outreach: You'll actively seek out new software development opportunities by engaging with university departments, research initiatives, and external partners.
  • Student Supervision & Mentorship: You'll provide guidance and support to student developers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
