About the Role
As a Care Worker with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients in Bromsgrove and surrounding areas. Your role will involve providing companionship, personal care, medication support, mealtime assistance, household support, and mobility assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity.
- Support clients with medication management, including prescription collections and reminders.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients, promoting nutrition and hydration.
- Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transportation and support with daily activities, to promote independence and mobility.
Requirements
- A caring and reliable attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle, to enable travel to clients' homes.
- The right to work in the UK.
