**Job Summary**

STORMX RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interim Finance Change Manager to join their finance team.

This role is crucial in supporting the Finance Operations Director by leading strategic change initiatives across our finance operations.

The successful candidate will need to be ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with a proven track record in managing and implementing financial transformations in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage key strategic change initiatives across the finance operations function, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of finance operations to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with senior management to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and budget.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team during periods of change, ensuring the team remains motivated and focused on delivering high-quality results.
  • Oversee financial reporting requirements during the transition period, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the business.

**Contract Type:** Interim (12 months)

**Location:** Office based 3 days a week (remote working 2 days)
