About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic D365 Business Central Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction
  • Help clients achieve their business goals using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
  • Organise regular customer reviews and provide strategic advice to help clients meet their goals, overcome challenges, and manage expectations
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, services, or contract expansions
  • Manage multiple customer accounts effectively

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or another ERP or subscription-based software solution, in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in IT, including the use of common software applications
