Salary: £40,345.50 per annum ( £20.69 per hour ) - Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference

Shifts: Days only, Nights only or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse ( RGN ) Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Learning Disabilities Nurse ( RNLD ) to join our team at a specialist care home in Worcester. As a Registered Nurse - Neuro Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for ensuring the patients in this Neuro Rehabilitation service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients in the Neuro Rehabilitation service
  • Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements:

  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RGN, RMN or RNLD )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 1 years Nursing Experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
