We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roadside Assist Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a Roadside Assist Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members who require assistance on the roadside.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to customers on the roadside, using your knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry-leading training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and efficient service.
- NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
- A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don't also have category BE (towing), we'll fund it for you.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- A competitive salary of £42,000 OTE, with a basic salary of £28,550 + £3,500 location allowance.
