Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production and Logistics Assistant to join our team at AM Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and ship parts requirements for service activities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist the Logistics Operative with goods in, goods out, and stock control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with transport companies and couriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks and inspections on tools, machinery, and other equipment to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments and levels within the company, providing regular updates and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a logistics or production environment is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are desirable.
