Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Norwich. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will work within a highly-skilled team of Client Advisors and Client Executives to manage instructions for our portfolio of large clients within risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain claims reports from colleagues and assist in gathering renewal data for each client.
- Review market presentations and contracts to ensure renewal strategy is reflected when presenting to market.
- Assist with day-to-day client insurance and risk queries, as well as mid-term changes to risk.
- Assist with the placement of Insurance programmes and attend and organize Insurer/Client meetings as requested.
- Populate Marsh tracking systems and be aware of the Client's business, business issues, insurance programmes, and service plans.
- Liaise with various departments within Marsh to provide Client service solutions.
Requirements
- Account Handling and/or Client Advisory experience, preferably in commercial and/or corporate client experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with direct client contact.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Keen to advance through insurance qualifications.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
