Café and Executive Chef Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team and drive the success of our catering service.

• Manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site.
• Oversee the creation of a modern and stylish operation catering for approximately 300 students.
• Ensure 100% fresh food is served to our clients.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• A strong background in kitchen management, preferably in a similar environment.
• Proven experience in managing profit and loss, with a focus on achieving a healthy gross profit.
• A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience working in busy, pressurized cooking environments.
• A self-starter with a zest for innovative food and a willingness to lead from the front.

• A competitive hourly rate of £15.
