Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Job Type: Part-time, 3 days a week

Location: Primary School in Oxfordshire

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team as a KS1 Class Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of students in Key Stage 1 and will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience of teaching in a Primary School setting
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
