About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join our team at Kenna Recruitment Ltd. As a Construction Planner, you will be responsible for providing planning services for proposals and projects, ensuring company best practices and protocols are adhered to, and leading meetings and forums for planning staff within the specific division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement planning strategies to enhance project delivery and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure planning standards are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Provide planning support and guidance to project teams as needed.


Requirements:

  • Experience working in a construction planning role, preferably with a tier 1 main contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of planning software and systems, including ASTA.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
