Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a modern, inclusive Primary School in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

As an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with a range of SEN, including Autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, and behavioural difficulties. You will be supported by the Class Teacher, SENCo, and other specialists who will offer their expert advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children with a range of SEN across year groups
  • Working with children with Autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties
  • Working in a Primary School
  • Full-time, long-term role with ASAP start
  • Competitive daily rate of £105-£110
Person Specification:
  • Good degree from a reputable University
  • Good understanding of SEN is required
  • Experience in a previous role or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Calm and compassionate nature
