Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Norwich Riverside. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Ensure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy, including the management of pharmacy stock and the sale of medicines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and drive sales, while ensuring compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal requirements.
  • Build relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals in the community to enhance pharmacy services and promote healthy living.
  • Coach and lead the pharmacy team to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience of working in the community pharmacy sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive sales and improve pharmacy services.
