Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager - Offshore Wind Consents

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the consenting strategy and project management for all onshore elements required to achieve development consent for an Offshore Wind Farm in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the consenting strategy for the Offshore Wind Farm project, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage consultants and liaison with the wider consents and project team to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide consenting advice and manage onshore consenting risk for complex workstreams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential consenting risks, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and other interested parties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position supporting Onshore Consents for an Offshore Wind Project.
  • Strong understanding of UK consenting regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
