Laboratory Sampler

Anglian Water Services is seeking a skilled Laboratory Sampler to join our team. As a Laboratory Sampler, you will be responsible for collecting water samples and conducting on-site chlorine tests at various locations across Colchester and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect water samples from Anglian Water's water treatment works, recycling centres, boreholes, reservoirs, rivers, and customer properties.
- Conduct on-site chlorine tests and prepare sampling bottles for laboratory analysis.
- Work within regulatory guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Build effective working relationships with laboratory colleagues and engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner.
- Scientific background or A-Level qualification (or equivalent).
- Reliable and professional individual with experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Comfortable with manual lifting and driving throughout the day.
- Flexible and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work within a defined method and record information accurately.
