About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals who require complex care and support. You will be responsible for providing personal care, moving and handling, and meeting clinical care needs. Your role will involve working closely with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with moving and handling, including transfers and repositioning
  • Meet clinical care needs, including administering medication and performing clinical observations
  • Work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
Desirable Skills:
  • Motor Neurones Awareness
  • Nebulisers
  • Ventilation
  • Cough Assist
Working Hours:

We offer flexible working hours to suit your needs, including full-time nights and part-time shifts. You will be required to work a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week, with opportunities for overtime.

Pay Rates:

We offer competitive pay rates, including:

  • Weekdays: £13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per 12 hour shift)
  • Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 hour shift)
  • Saturday: £14.50 per hour (£174 approx. per 12 hour shift)
  • Sunday: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12 hour shift)
  • Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (£210 approx. per 12 hour shift)
