We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Director to join our team at Zenith. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class campaign strategies across Paid Social channels for a multinational fashion retailer.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy and Activation: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across Paid Social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Client Communication and Relationship Management: Lead client communication and work closely with the Paid Social Business Director to expand the client's Paid Social footprint.
- Team Management: Oversee a team of Paid Social Account Managers and Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Performance Optimization and Reporting: Regularly audit accounts to improve performance, create documents to showcase performance, and provide in-depth analysis of results.
- Media Booking and Reconciliation: Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.
- Extensive Digital Media Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, preferably from an agency side background.
- Paid Social Media Expertise: Active experience activating and planning Paid Social, including DR.
- Professional Qualifications: Digital media/advertising qualifications will be an advantage.
- Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel, with strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
