About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Thera South West. As a valued member of our team, you will be supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives, helping them to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal and emotional support to individuals with a learning disability
  • Helping individuals to develop new skills and plan and manage their own home
  • Supporting individuals with leisure, employment, and individual interests
  • Traveling with individuals to support them in their community
