Workforce Coordinator

As a Work Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

The Work Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Prioritizing and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
- Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme to minimize disruptions
- Managing contract requirements for a range of jobs to ensure compliance and quality
- Handling calls and scheduling a range of works to meet customer needs
- Validating each job to ensure the required information is available for successful completion
- Managing customer and client relationships to build trust and loyalty
- Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time with status updates on our internal system
- Providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues to maintain levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A good level of education and relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous call handling and scheduling experience
- Ability to operate a computerized database system
- Good knowledge of office working systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
