About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of PiP's clients. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in evaluating customer experiences and providing valuable insights to improve sales and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mystery shop evaluations and monitor performance
  • Report issues to management and use internal software to record results
  • Work autonomously and utilize strong attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
