We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Luggage Porter at Warner Hotels. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and timely luggage delivery to guests' rooms.
- Work collaboratively with the reception and holiday sales teams to ensure seamless luggage handling and delivery.
- Assist the housekeeping team in delivering room amenities and gift packs to guests' rooms.
- Report any damage, deterioration, or maintenance issues to your line manager promptly.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and appealing environment for guests and team members.
- A people-focused individual who prioritizes guest satisfaction and experience.
- A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on customer service, products, and tailored selling.
- A team player who is supportive and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience necessary - just a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
