Drive Commercial Growth at Ramboll

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial services and drive growth in the sector. As our new Commercial Sector Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise Ramboll's profile and reputation in the commercial sector nationally
  • Network and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Convert leads into appointed projects
  • Lead large multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver commercial projects
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Stay up-to-date with digital advances and their impact on the commercial sector
  • Understand the commercial sector, including policies and trends
  • Identify competencies within Ramboll and deploy them to projects
About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the commercial sector and its challenges. You will work closely with our Buildings UK Market Director to develop and grow our services in the commercial sector.

Requirements:
  • Academic degree or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience in project and/or programme management in the commercial sector
  • In-depth understanding of the commercial sector, including associated challenges and opportunities
  • Passion for sustainability and driving change
  • Effective communication skills in English
